Managing quality for customer satisfaction

Tine has 19 years of experience from the Norwegian energy company Statoil and holds a Master of Management title. Being responsible for quality, risk and process management she values good communication and team co-operation. 

One of our main focus areas is to achieve customer satisfaction by giving them what they want, what they need, and when they need it. This, together with continuous improvements of products and governing processes, are the main reason why we manage quality.
